β β β β β Se avessi una pizzeria da aperto del genere vicino casa, sarei rovinato.
Fanno la pizza "alla napoletana", col cornicione (crosta altissima), e ingredienti di ottima qualitΓ , in primis pomodoro e mozzarella. Forno rigorosamente a legna. Si presenta come pizzeria da asporto (in realtΓ ha anche qualche tavolino, in un ambiente molto spartano), ma secondo me in tutta bologna non c'Γ¨ una pizzeria allo stesso livello di questo minuscolo locale di Cento. Γ almeno al livello di Reginella a Bologna.
If I had such an open-air pizzeria near home, I'd be ruined.
They make pizza "alla napoletana", with cornicione (very high crust), and excellent quality ingredients, primarily tomato and mozzarella. Strictly wood-fired oven. It looks like a takeaway pizzeria (actually it also has a few tables, in a very spartan environment), but in my opinion throughout Bologna there is not a pizzeria at the same level as this tiny Cento restaurant. He is at least at the level of Reginella in Bologna.

β β β β β Prendo sempre qui la pizza da asporto, perchΓ© la ritengo una delle migliori pizzerie di cento, la pizza normale Γ¨ solitamente sottile, quindi Γ¨ consigliato per chi preferisce una piΓΉ spessa, prendere una doppio impasto... Consiglio vivamente di provare la guancia a guancia, il mix di sapori che avviene in bocca Γ¨ qualcosa da giΓΉ di testa.
I always take takeaway pizza here, because I consider it one of the best pizzerias of a hundred, normal pizza is usually thin, so it is recommended for those who prefer a thicker one, take a double dough ... I highly recommend trying the cheek to cheek , the mix of flavors that happens in the mouth is something from the head.

β β β β β Mio marito ha preso per la prima volta queste pizze ...lui e stato bene ma dopo due ore io l'ho vomitata tutta e sono stata male di stomaco per un bel po... mai piΓΉ....premetto che non avevo mangiato altro prima se non la pizza a pranzo?
My husband took these pizzas for the first time ... he was fine but after two hours I threw it up all over and I was sick to my stomach for quite a while ... never again ... ate anything else before except pizza for lunch?
