1 stella perché ci si accomoda ai tavoli senza controllo del green pass
1 stella perché la moglie del titolare serve ai tavoli (una buona pizza a metà fra una sottile romana e una soffice napoletana) senza indossare alcun DPI
1 stella perché i tavoli sono molto ravvicinati e i vetri appannati fanno presumere uno scarso ricambio d'aria
Non ci torneremo, la sicurezza innanzitutto !

1 star because you sit at the tables without checking the green pass
1 star because the owner's wife serves at the tables (a good pizza halfway between a thin Roman and a soft Neapolitan one) without wearing any PPE
1 star because the tables are very close together and the fogged glass suggests a poor air exchange
We will not go back, safety first!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non è la classica pizza napoletana né quella sottile. È una via di mezzo con impasto saporito, gli ingredienti per il condimento mi sono sembrati freschi e di qualità. Generosa senza essere esagerata nelle dimensioni. Nel menu ci sono le classiche pizze ed anche delle così chiamate "schiacciatine" che sono pizze bianche, senza pomodoro, con molte combinazioni di ingredienti. Dispone anche di qualche tavolino lato strada per godere del fresco serale di Stia.
It is not the classic Neapolitan pizza nor the thin one. It is a middle ground with savory dough, the ingredients for the dressing seemed fresh and of quality to me. Generous without being exaggerated in size. On the menu there are the classic pizzas and also the so called "schiacciatine" which are white pizzas, without tomatoes, with many combinations of ingredients. It also has some street side tables to enjoy the cool evening of Stia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The perfect, Italian hometown restaurant to enjoy on a lazy evening in Stia. They have added nice outdoor seating which is very sweet on a summer night. I have been coming to this restaurant since 2010. Mama Nina, her husband Vincenzo, their sons and the wait staff are the sweetest hosts/people you would ever want to meet. Our visit last week included them sharing their homemade lemoncello and a visit to their kitchen. I highly recommend a visit or two when visiting Stia or the surroundings. Their hours are 18:30 until around 22:00.
