★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il locale è luminoso e moderno nel design. Il titolare simpatico e accogliente. Sarebbe positivo che tutto questo si riflettesse nelle pizze, si va lì per quello in definitiva! Invece sotto la qualità degli ingredienti e degli abbinamenti arditi, a volte anche azzeccati, l'impasto purtroppo langue.
Passabile ma duro da tagliare quello normale, accettabile ma con lo stesso problema al coltello quello al lambrusco, da dimenticare quello al carbone: troppo troppo sottile! Buoni i dolci anche se di produzione esterna. I margini per migliorare ci sono, da riprovare.
 The venue is bright and modern in design. The friendly and welcoming owner. It would be good if all this was reflected in the pizzas, you go there for that ultimately! On the other hand, under the quality of the ingredients and the daring combinations, sometimes even the right ones, the dough unfortunately languishes.
Passable but hard to cut the normal one, acceptable but with the same problem with the knife the Lambrusco one, forget the coal one: too much too thin! The desserts are good, even if they are produced outside the country. There is room for improvement, to try again.
