Tutto buono. Prezzi nella media. Unica pecca, il servizio davvero troppo lento per un semplice mercoledì sera. 45 minuti di attesa prima di vedere arrivare la prima pietanza.

È già da qualche anno che, in buona compagnia, parto da Ciampino per arrivare a MANGIARE BENE del buon cibo. Uso la parola generica perché dagli antipasti, passando per le pizze e le carni, TUTTO da Triticum merita una menzione onorevole. Gli antipasti non deludono le aspettative delle loro altisonante descrizioni, sia i fritti che i freschi. La pizza, al vertice della nostra top 5 romana, annovera anche la sezione No Gluten. Finora la migliore. La carne, viene proposta con dei menù molto convenienti e oltre ad essere saporita viene cotta e servita a dovere...cosa che a quanto pare non è più così scontata. Fra i dolci merita di essere provata la "sbrisolona" alla crema di nocciole o frutti di bosco. Infine, è sempre un piacere farsi coccolare dalla solerzia del personale di sala che lavora con professionalità. Durante il weekend, nonostante il parcheggio antistante, sarà impegnativo parcheggiare, ma girando per il quartiere alla fine si trova sempre un buco! Fritti fenomenali: gustosi e leggeri i supplì al ragù e le crocchette di patate, molto buone anche le olive ascolane. Consegna a domicilio puntuale e precisa con attenzione alle norme anti-Covid. Arrivato tutto caldissimo. Se posso dare un consiglio: aggiornare il listino prezzi del sito e specificare la quantità dei supplì e delle crocchette (nella realtà arrivano 2 pezzi medio-piccoli a porzione). A presto. Vasta scelta di birre alla spina. È da apprezzare l'attenzione che hanno dedicato ai celiaci, con un menù ed una cucina esclusivamente per loro. Ci sono stata diverse volte anche per l'aperitivo, piacevole in primavera/estate quando è possibile stare all'esterno. Il parcheggio c'è anche se nel we, considerando la clientela, si riempie. Nonostante tutto si trova posto nei paraggi. Il personale è sempre molto gentile ed efficiente. Consigliato Being lactose intolerant, when I feel like pizza I go to Triticum.
