★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo preso 2 pizze da asporto con supplì e dolci, l'ambiente è quello delle trattorie familiari di una volta, il personale gentile e accogliente. Ci avevano detto che erano le pizze al piatto più buone di casalotti e credo sia vero, la pizza romana classica buona soffice ma non moscia. Una bella scoperta di sicuro torneremo a mangiarla anche al tavolo. Inoltre hanno dei tartufi molto particolari che consiglio vivamente di assaggiare.
 We took 2 takeaway pizzas with supplì and desserts, the atmosphere is that of the family trattorias of the past, the staff are polite and welcoming. We were told that they were the best pizzas per plate of casalotti and I think it is true, the classic Roman pizza good soft but not mushy. A nice discovery for sure we will come back to eat it also at the table. They also have very special truffles that I highly recommend trying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa trattoria storica di Casalotti è il mio ristorante preferito innanzitutto perché sono sicura del loro menù senza glutine, inoltre si mangia benissimo con un rapporto qualità-prezzo imbattibile e infine perché ormai con Gabriele e la sua famiglia mi sento come "a casa mia"
This historic trattoria in Casalotti is my favorite restaurant first of all because I am sure of their gluten-free menu, moreover you eat very well with an unbeatable quality-price ratio and finally because now with Gabriele and his family I feel like "at home"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trovato quasi per caso per una pausa di lavoro. A Roma prendo sempre e solo piatti della tradizione romana. Peccato il troppo sugo che ha reso il guanciale molle e non croccante e quasi affogati i rigatoni. Le patate al forno nella media in quanto i carciofi alla romana erano finiti. Il prezzo in media per questa tipologia di locale. Nel complesso ambiente tranquillo e personale molto disponibile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Roughly a 30 year old family run business. Great atmosphere, excellent hospitality. Amazing classic Italian food. Always full with Italian people young and old which is always a good indication of the authenticity. Even has a play area for young children while you eat. Would recommend a visit if you want the "Italian restaurant experience"
