I put a star because the zero option is not there, raw, watery pizzas, but this is how a place runs, too bad I can't attach photos!

I ordered a pizza on the phone, at the pickup on site, I noticed that the pizza chef, a guy, was not too familiar with the result being almost raw pizza Not being a regular customer, I think it was the last time they saw me.

Mai più! Congratulations on the seriousness, pizzas ordered for 20, I was dribbled until 20:45 finding absurd excuses. Eventually I had to cancel my booking. Never again!
F	Francesco D'Andria on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una stella è anche troppa per un locale che non funziona....Ve lo sconsiglio,fatta ordinazione alle 19,00 per avere la pizza alle 20,30 arrivata alle 22,00 fredda immangiabile e costosissima 8euro tonno e peperoni soldi buttati, a parte la scortesia di chi risponde alla quale ho chiesto spiegazioni in merito e in risposta mi è stato detto che potevo fare pure a meno o aspettare i comodi loro...vergognoso One star is also too much for a place that does not work .... Farebbero meglio a non perdersi in chiacchiere (al cliente importa poco dei fatti loro) e a chiudere, poiché questa nuova gestione sta infangando il nome della storica pizzeria Beautiful dove sono sempre andata volentieri!! MAI PIÚ. In this pizzeria no one wears a mask. The staff don't know what cleanliness and hygiene are. The baked pizzas and panzerotti were undercooked and inedible. They would do better not to get lost in chatter (the customer cares little about their business) and to close, as this new management is tarnishing the name of the historic Beautiful pizzeria where I have always liked to go !! NEVER AGAIN.
