★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Added a star because of the warm and pleasant owner, but I am afraid the pizza was far from being the best. It was too cooked to the point of being biscuity. Toppings were ok but not outstanding.
Service very slow but to be fair it's popular so they tend to be busy. It's an ok option if you live in this part of town I guess, but considering the reviews I expected more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great pizzeria overall!The name is due to the doe’s lievitation process. The menu is in English, (which is not usual for a non-touristy place not in the city centre) the pizza doe and ingredients are good quality for a reasonable price. You can choose both traditional starters and original ones, the same goes with pizzas: you have “classica” (classic pizzas), “rosse” the ones with only sauce without mozzarella, “bianche” the opposite as rosse:) also desserts are nice, the tiramisu was homemade and good for 2 people to share!only negatives: the service could be improved, there are not enough people serving people and it was very loud. Must go overall!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant is a hidden gem! From the family atmosphere to the best pizza I’ve ever had, everything about this place makes it great! Might I add, it is absolutely affordable and there is no way you will come out hungry. There are two locations in the East Rome area and if you’re ever in the area, don’t skip this spot! The staff is friendly, funny, and always makes sure you are satisfied. Don’t forget to order that classic Italian espresso after your meal - you won’t be disappointed!
