Ne ho provate veramente tante di pizzerie ,ma la qualità sia della pizza che dei fritti non ha rivali ,e ripeto non parlo solo della sua zona . Ottima sia le pizza tonda che quella a taglio ,grande qualità nell'impasto e sui condimenti , per non parlare della qualità e della scelta che offre sui suppli , in piu' ci sono ottime promozioni sulle pale .... Masssimo è una bravissima persona e un grande professionista sul suo lavoro,sempre disponibile e puntuale sugli orari delle consegne ... Semplicemente i Numeri Uno !!!!!! Do 4 stelle a causa della puluzia: non puoi tagliare la pizza dietro al bancone accanto alla borsa da passeggio, le chiavi della macchina etc...o al borsone termico per la consegna d'asporto (visto più volte). Nemmeno prendere l'ordine al telefono, maneggiare soldi, taccuino, penna e poi mettere nel sacchetto i supplì... anche se con il tovagliolino... anche perché quel tovagliolo poi lo lasci nel sacchetto. Insomma, si tratta di regole di igiene importanti Very good pizza and delicious supplì. I give 4 stars because of the cleanliness: you cannot cut the pizza behind the counter next to the walking bag, the car keys etc ... or the thermal bag for take-away delivery (seen several times). Not even taking the order over the phone, handling money, notebook, pen and then putting the supplì in the bag ... even if with the napkin ... also because you leave that napkin in the bag. In short, these are important hygiene rules

Sempre utilizzando ingredienti di prima qualità. Non si è mai seduto sugli allori, si è sempre aggiornato per migliorarsi. La sua pizza è tra le migliori in assoluto che io abbia gustato in vita mia, sia per impasto che per varietà di gusti e sapori. Una nota in più per i suoi supplì. Probabilmente è stato il primo, dal lontano 1997, a capire che dovevano essere fatti con più sapori oltre che il canonico mozzarella e pomodoro. I suoi alla carbonara ed amatriciana hanno ispirato tutti coloro che hanno poi iniziato a farli. Non ultima ma importante la sua simpatia, educazione, onestà. I have been following Massimo Cialoni in his restaurant business for over 20 years and I say that I have rarely met a perfectionist like him. Always using top quality ingredients. He has never sat on his laurels, he has always updated to improve himself. His pizza is among the best I have ever tasted in my life, both in terms of dough and variety of tastes and flavors. One more note for its supplì. It was probably the first, since 1997, to understand that they had to be made with more flavors as well as the canonical mozzarella and tomato. La pizza buonissima ad alta digeribilità con gusti classici e nuovi non annoia mai. Ottimo per spuntini veloci tra una pizza e 2 risate o per servizio a domicilio. Io mi sono sempre sentito coccolato da loro. Rimarranno sempre nel mio cuore e nella mia pancia ovviamente ❤️ It is not a simple pizzeria, it is a family. A place where you always feel at home. The delicious, highly digestible pizza with classic and new tastes is never boring. Great for quick snacks between a pizza and 2 laughs or for home service. I have always felt pampered by them.
