Ho anche mangiato una striscia di pizza, molto buona ma soprattutto molto leggera come impasto. Consiglio vivamente, il migliore a Mezzocammino ? Buonissimi!!!! Pizze scelte... Diavola, Mediterranea e Nocciolina... Gustose, leggerissime, combinazioni di sapori perfetta, cottura perfetta, ingredienti di qualità... Che dire per me una delle migliori pizzerie alla romana.... Devo tornare subito per provare i burger... È in una zona ricca di locali, ma non nel caos della piazza. Abbiamo assaggiato la Margherita e una capricciosa. Impasto leggero, cornicione da pinsa romana. D	David P. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto bene la verifica dei "green pass" ma il locale ricavato da una copertura, poco illuminato, freddo e riscaldato con un funghetto. Il servizio lento, ci sono due persone che sono tutto fare, passano dal prendere le ordinazioni in cucina al forno e poi a condire le pizze. L' attesa per le pizze è stata di quaranta minuti ed eravamo noi tre ed un altro tavolo. Nella sala c'è una vista "Natura morta" che potrete ammirare dalla foto. I supplì sono arrivati appena tiepidi, molti dubbi se li avessero giá fritti e poi soltanto riscaldati. Le pizze sono praticamente solo croccanti, troppo croccanti, al punto tale che tagliandole scivolano nel piatto, la cottura è al FORNO ELETTRICO e non lo sapevo altrimenti non ci sarei mai andato. L'unica nota POSITIVA sono le materie prime, la qualitá degli ingredienti è ECCEZIONALE, su questo non posso dire nulla ma una pizza per me non si puó chiamare pizza se non ha una cottura al forno a legna. The pizzas are practically just crunchy, too crunchy, to the point that cutting them slide into the plate, cooking is in the ELECTRIC OVEN and I didn't know it otherwise I would never have gone there. The only POSITIVE note are the raw materials, the quality of the ingredients is EXCEPTIONAL, I cannot say anything about this but a pizza for me cannot be called pizza if it is not cooked in a wood oven.
