El dueño mientras recogía mesas informaba amablemente a mi hija q le consultaba los ingredientes de cada pizza. La dueña nos recomendó la pizza parmigiana, insistiendo q teníamos q probarla antes d regresar a España y realmente fue un acierto!! Espectacular!! También la calabresse. Para el próximo viaje en cuanto lleguemos a Civittavechia... D nuevo a cenar allí para disfrutar d pizzas ricas ricas!!! ??
Very good all the pizzas, fluffy and crispy dough with quality ingredients !! The best pizza al taglio in Civittavechia !! They took great care of us. The owner, while clearing tables, kindly informed my daughter that he consulted the ingredients of each pizza. The owner recommended us the Parmigiana pizza, insisting that we had to try it before returning to Spain and it was really a success !! Spectacular!! Also the calabresse. For the next trip as soon as we get to Civittavechia ... D again to have dinner there to enjoy delicious pizzas! ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's not pizza, it's a wholemeal bread with toppings ! I was very surprised and disappointed, after having bought the whole box of different type of pizzas from this place, to find that the pizza bread they're using tastes just like "pane integrale" from supermarket. Dry, overcooked and actually nothing special. Will not come back there even if I'm hungry.
