I dolci senza glutine eccezionali. Il personale cordiale e gentile. Ps. Anche le pizze tradizionali sono buonissime eccezionali. Looking for a gluten-free pizzeria on the internet, I was lucky enough to find this pizzeria. All the pizzas are excellent yummy. Excellent quality. Exceptional gluten-free desserts. The staff were friendly and polite. Ps. Even the traditional pizzas are very good and exceptional.

Molte cose mancavano ma sicuramente a causa della situazione in cui ci troviamo. Ritorneremo per assaggiare i dolci perché purtroppo eravamo pieni. In 6 abbiamo speso 20 euro a testa. 3 Antipasti, una focaccia senza Glutine, 2 pizze senza Glutine e 4 normali. 2 caraffe di Pepsi, un'acqua, una birra da 33 CL e 5 caffè... Family atmosphere. Menu con una buona scelta sia per gli antipasti sia per le pizze. Ovviamente le pizze possono essere realizzate tutte senza glutine. Impasto buono e leggero, non la classica pizza napoletana ma realizzata con vari tipi di farina. Ottima la stesura, la cottura, il sapore e la digeribilità. Sorprendente la pizza senza glutine, buonissima, impasto ottimo, leggero e ben lievitato. Complimenti al pizzaiolo/a. Buona anche la scelta delle birre tutte artigianali. Servizio attento e gentile. In definitiva un'ottima pizzeria dove si può mangiare pizza tonda o in teglia di qualità con e senza glutine. A presto... Happy surprise in Civitavecchia. Aspetto con ansia di provare la pizza al taglio! ? personale gentilissimo, avevamo fretta di mangiare e ci hanno serviti in 10 minuti! Finally a plate pizza as it should be in Civitavecchia! Light, delicious, it does not stay on the stomach and makes you sleep well at night. They want you to eat what they want to serve. They have dessert pizza that looks great but wasn’t our interest. They speak very little to no English. It’s fantastic if that is how you want to eat. If you’re a particular diner or typical American, you may not enjoy this pizza. This is for serious gastronomes.
