Ci vado spesso perché abito in zona e con poco (prezzi davvero a buon mercato) riesco a cenare senza l'impiccio di dover cucinare e lavare i piatti... Ci sono solo due nei, uno è che il fine settimana non permettono prenotazioni, e il secondo è che è davvero necessario un aiuto al bancone. Purtroppo me ne accorgo mentre sono in fila che le persone se ne vanno o ci ripensano e tornano indietro, ed è un peccato! Potrebbero ad esempio occuparsi di rifornire il banco già tagliando la pizza i ragazzi che sono ai forni, e la ragazza al bancone, avrebbe così più tempo per sbrigare i clienti. Un'altra persona alla cassa aiuterebbe anche a sveltire il tutto. Se si mettessero anche i nomi delle pizze su un cartellino quando li si porta al bancone, si risparmierebbe il tempo e la fase del "questa con cosa è???"che fa perdere ulteriore tempo. Spero che questi suggerimenti vengano presi con lo spirito giusto, cioè quello di voler migliorare la migliore pizza d'asporto di Macerata. Poi se nel weekend si chiudesse alle 10 che ne so' uno potrebbe regolarsi meglio e non affollarsi alle 7... Unexceptionable as regards the quality of the pizza and products. I go there often because I live in the area and with very little (really cheap prices) I can have dinner without the hassle of having to cook and wash the dishes ... There are only two in the area, one is that the weekends do not allow reservations, and the second is that some help at the counter is really needed. Unfortunately I notice it while I am in line that people leave or think about it and come back, and it's a shame! For example, the guys who are at the ovens could take care of restocking the counter already by cutting the pizza, and the girl at the counter, would thus have more time to attend to the customers. Another person at the cashier would also help speed things up. If you also put the names of the pizzas on a tag when you bring them to the counter, you would save time and the "what's this with ???" phase which wastes more time. I hope these suggestions are taken with the right spirit, namely that of wanting to improve the best take-away pizza in Macerata. Then if at the weekend it closed at 10, what do I know, one could adjust better and not get crowded at 7 ...
