The best pizza in Macerata prepared by the nicest couple of restaurateurs in town. Old-fashioned place, excellent delicacies.

Poi i dolci preparati da Fabrizio che ti sa consigliare anche la birra giusta. Locale non molto ampio con prezzo adeguato alla qualità dei prodotti offerti. In my opinion the best pizza in Macerata. No matter the flour you choose, white stored hemp or charcoal you always come out satisfied, good Gigliola. Then the desserts prepared by Fabrizio who can also recommend the right beer. Not very large premises with a price appropriate to the quality of the products offered.

Ristorante vecchio stampo, dove lavora il proprietario e la cuoca( che è possibile vedere all'opera grazie ai vetri nella parte della cucina). Il proprietario è gentilissimo e la qualità del cibo è superlativa. Ovviamente dato che c'è solo una cuoca si deve aspettare un po' dopo l'ordine, ma il giusto tempo per qualche chiacchiera con i commensali e dei sorsi di buona birra Kindness and quality at high levels. Ampia scelta di dolci tutti artigianali con due versioni di tiramisù entrambe spaziali. Excellent cuisine, rich menu ranging from meat to fish. Alle 21.15 di Sabato sera, con figli al seguito, ci siamo trovati costretti ad uscire senza avere la possibilità di accomodarci AVENDO PRENOTATO e da parte del gestore nessun cenno nemmeno di tentare a riparare alla magra figura fatta, si è limitato a dirci "il tavolo non è disponibile mi dispiace". Atteggiamento scorretto da parte di un ristorante storico. Fabrizio Cardini, una eccellenza e perfezionista della materia prima. Un piccolo locale che vale molto di più dell'estetica. Ve lo consiglio vivamente, provare x credere.
