β β β β β One of the best meals that my mum and I have had in Italy so far was at this casual, unpretentious restaurant in Perugia. The food was perfect ("too perfect", according to my mum, and yes, I concur with her), and the service was amazing. The gentleman (the owner?) was extremely patient with my almost non-existent Italian and incredibly generous and warm. If we are ever lucky enough to come back to Perugia, we will definitely come back here to have another lovely meal.

β β β β β This restaurant is located outside of the main tourist area but is very close to the Perugia train station, and has a very fast takeaway and delivery service. The restaurant's service and food (we had pizza salsiccia and pizza express) are of excellent quality. There is also an outdoor seating area, and they also show live sport.

β β β β β Stopped here to get a bite to eat before our train and had a great time! The pizzas were delicious (even though they have 105 options!) and the staff were so friendly and accommodating, and took extra care to have one of the staff translate for us in English and recommend pizzas. Highly recommend! Thanks for a lovely lunch.
