Quando ordini una pizza senza mozzarella arriva senza pomodoro e una pizza tonno e cipolla arrivata senza pomodoro. E ci provano dicendo :"ma non piace senza pomodoro?" I give a star because you can't give less. 2 orders made 2 wrong orders. The first time even a pizza was missing. When you order a pizza without mozzarella it comes without tomato and a tuna and onion pizza arrives without tomato. And they try saying: "but you don't like it without tomato?"

Chiamato per segnalare l'errore mi sento dire che per loro è tutto ok, se uno scrive nel menù salame si intende quello piccante, hanno sempre avuto solo il piccante ed ero io che avrei dovuto pensare che se scrivono salame intendono quello piccante. A riguardo della coca il loro commento è stato "non muori mica". Complimenti per la maleducazione e l'arroganza al top, si fa così a farsi dei clienti... di sicuro non ordinerò più da voi, nemmeno con i colleghi. Ah, dimenticavo, mi sono accorto dopo che lo scontrino non mi è stato fatto. Ordered the Fantasia sandwich which as ingredients has SALAMI, brie and mushrooms and a 0 coke. Received a normal coke and a sandwich with 6 slices of salami ... SPICY. Called to report the error I am told that for them everything is ok, if one writes in the menu salami means the spicy one, they have always had only the spicy one and it was I who should have thought that if they write salami they mean the spicy one. Regarding coca, their comment was "you don't die".
