★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo impasto e ottimi prodotti.. Peccato per la location e io personalmente preferirei un impasto più croccante.. Il top sarebbe se avessero un forno a legna ma siamo in italia........ (Con il siamo in italia... si intende che lo stato non fornisce più le licenze per i forni a legna salvo che non si vada in un posto già fornito di tale licenza)
Excellent dough and excellent products .. Too bad for the location and I personally would prefer a more crunchy dough .. The top would be if they had a wood oven but we are in Italy ........ . it is understood that the state no longer provides licenses for wood-burning ovens unless you go to a place that already has such a license)
