Si prende l'appuntamento telefonico e poi si arriva in negozio e ti dicono che quello era solo un "pre-appuntamento" - cosa significhi devono poi spiegarlo ...- e ti fanno aspettare mezz'ora. Completamente inaffidabile, specie se si ha fretta. In spite of the fact that the workers in the shop are kind and professional, the organization is inadequate and inefficient. You make the phone appointment and then you arrive at the shop and they tell you that it was just a "pre-appointment" - what does it mean they have to explain it ... - and they make you wait half an hour. Completely unreliable, especially if you are in a hurry.

Pure i shampoo ho dovuto pagare 2€ e la maschera 5€ in nessun momento mi hanno chiesto se volevo fare oppure no. È fastidioso avere “sorprese” quando vai a pagare il conto.. facendo così i clienti non tornano e ci perdete. Utilizzano ancora un pettine a denti stretti sui capelli bagnati anziché le spazzole adatte per togliere i nodi. Risultato: tanti capelli spezzati, il prezzo molto più alto di quello previsto (anche per l'aggiunta di una crema non richiesta) e tanta amarezza. Taglio effettuato da una ragazza alle prime armi, insicura...Un disastro, in più mi è stata aggiunta una maschera non richiesta, facendomela passare come una "coccola" che però si ripresenta dopo al momento del conto 7€ di shampoo e maschera!!!!Disonesti, in quanto devono avvisarti sul momento! L'ultima volta però mi ha seguita una ragazza evidentemente alle prime armi. Il risultato è un taglio che doveva essere un bob retto e che invece è asimmetrico, un lato più lungo dell'altro, molti capelli che "escono" dalla linea retta che doveva essere, il dietro più lungo che davanti. Insomma, un taglio fatto coi piedi. Il prezzo è basso se rifiutate creme, maschere e simili che vi propongono, 20€. Non tornerò. It depends on who it happens to you.
