★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A seguito di un mal funzionamento della pompa, mi sono recato la mattina dopo per far presente che dopo aver messo i contanti non c’è stata erogazione e non è uscito lo scontrino.
Il giorno dopo il gestore mi dice di aver visto il problema in video ma che non può rimborsare perché gli risultava che dopo c’è stata l’erogazione. Peccato che io abbia atteso per quasi mezz’ora segnali dalla pompa o la stampa dello scontrino.
L’addetto è stato anche molto scortese !
Following a malfunction of the pump, I went the next morning to point out that after having placed the cash there was no dispensing and the receipt did not come out.
The next day, the manager tells me that he saw the problem on video but that he cannot refund because he found that after the disbursement took place. Too bad I waited for almost half an hour for signals from the pump or for the receipt to be printed.
The attendant was also very rude!
