★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale svogliato e scortese del tipo "voglia di lavorare saltami addosso" dicono di chiudere alle 20 ma già alle 19.45 ti mettono fretta e ti dicono che devono chiudere, mi son pentito di aver acquistato comunque un paio di scarpe.. Quel che infastidisce è il modo, non scortese ma nemmeno cordiale con cui la signorina mette fretta dicendo che se voglio può tenermi le scarpe da me scelte per il giorno dopo. Ma se io sono di passaggio non c'è un giorno dopo e per la società potrebbe essere una perdita... per questo mi pento di aver lasciato anche solo 40 euro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nessuna assistenza da parte del personale. Nel negozio sono esposti cartelli che indicano la zona delle calzature da uomo, da donna e da bambino. A 50 anni ritengo di saper leggere e capire in quale zona devo guardare. Se però chiedo un'informazione per sapere se ci sono sandali da uomo taglia 39, un commesso non può semplicemente indicarmi la zona in cui sono esposte le calzature maschili.
No assistance from staff. The shop displays signs indicating the area of men's, women's and children's shoes. At 50 I think I can read and understand in which area I have to look. However, if I ask for information to know if there are men's sandals size 39, a salesman cannot simply show me the area in which men's shoes are displayed.
