★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale poco disponibile e indifferente alle richieste dei clienti. Ho aspettato 20 minuti per avere un rasoio da barba, ho chiesto a ben 3 dipendenti che mi dicevano di attendere che sarebbe arrivato qualcuno. Il negozio era quasi vuoto . Ho rinunciato all'acquisto.
 Staff not very helpful and indifferent to customer requests. I waited 20 minutes for a shaving razor, I asked 3 employees who told me to wait for someone to arrive. The shop was almost empty. I have given up on the purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio pessimo. Poco o nulla rifornito. Prodotti fondamentali mancanti e sempre ""arrivano la prossima settimana"....ma non arrivano mai. Assortimenti scadenti o mancanti. Personale scontroso e poco disponibile, come da stereotipo ligure. Locandine offerte dimenticate sullo scaffale e quando ci si presenta alla cassa si rimangiano la parola senza problemi. In qualunque punto vendita in Italia si riconosce l'errore, si vende al prezzo d'offerta ( anche se scaduta) e solo DOPO si cambia il prezzo !! Dopotutto l'errore è del personale.! La prossima volta vado alla Prealpina. Più piccolo , ma ben fornito e con personale gentile. Giudizio pessimo !!!
Bad shop. Little or nothing stocked. Fundamental products missing and always "" arrive next week ".... but never arrive. Poor or missing assortments. Grumpy and unhelpful staff, as per the Ligurian stereotype. Posters forgotten offers on the shelf and when you show up at the cashier you are remain the word without problems. In any point of sale in Italy you recognize the mistake, you sell at the offer price (even if it has expired) and only AFTER you change the price !! After all, the mistake is made by the staff.! The next one once I go to the Prealpina. Smaller, but well equipped and with friendly staff. Bad rating !!!
