Da incubo. Bad I ordered some tires and after 5 days I didn't see anything coming, I called and they said they were not available (nobody had seen me) then I asked for a refund and it took 30 days for a refund. Nightmare.

Mi è stato detto che c'era stato un disguido e mi hanno proposto un ridicolo rimborso di 10€... Dopo mia mail di richiesta chiarimenti mi scrivono che le gomme non sono disponibili chiedendomi di sceglierne altre. Ma sul sito non erano più disponibili gomme invernali (con le misure per i miei cerchi). Dopo mia risposta mi propongono allora rimborso. Deduco che se non gli avessi scritto si sarebbero tenuti i soldi senza spedire la merce. Tra l'altro numero telefonico di assistenza non risponde mai. Ora attendo il rimborso ... Per quanto mi riguarda da evitare assolutamente. Bad. Order for 4 winter tires and payment. They took the money but I didn't know anything more about the tires.
