Seguito risposta ricevuta ribadisco che al telefono sia a me che al proprietario di casa era stato indicato un costo di 15/20 euro nel caso in cui l'intervento fosse consistito nella semplice rimozione della parte spezzata della chiave dalla serratura.
Cosa poi di fatto avvenuta (e nessuna operazione di ripristino è stata necessaria).
Ho chiamato martedi mattina alle ore 9 e l'intervento urgente da Voi prestato è avvenuto alle 19.45 a chiusura del Vs negozio stesso giorno.
Per pagare 50 euro di intervento "urgente" allora avrei "preteso" l'intervento immediato di un altro operatore.

I called Tuesday morning at 9 am and the urgent intervention you provided took place at 7.45 pm at the close of your store on the same day.
To pay 50 euros for "urgent" intervention, I would have "demanded" the immediate intervention of another operator.
