s	samuel de lucia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente da evitare,mi garantisce la riparazione della scheda della lavatrice poi quando la monto l'elettrodomestico non da nessun segno di vita,chiamo il tecnico e mi dice che lui non ci può fare nulla e mi vuole vendere una scheda nuova pagando altre 70 euro.Quello che mi chiedo,se sei convinto che tu mi abbia riparato la scheda con un costo di 50 euro (senza fattura) perché me ne vuoi vedere una nuova? I called them because my dishwasher didn't work, they took 100.00 and after a month the same problem, I don't recommend it! Unprofessional ....

È venuta a casa un loro tecnico che in breve tempo mi ha risolto finalmente il problema pagando un prezzo onesto. Finalmente la lavatrice ha ripreso a fare il suo lavoro. Richiamato e disponibile alla sostituzione del pezzo dietro differenza da pagare circa 30 euro ma comunque con un pezzo usato (verificato all'arrivo a casa) . Alla fine ho deciso di cambiare lavastoviglie con un esborso di 70 euro in più buttati Not a positive experience. Attempted to repair a dishwasher costing 70 euros took just one wash. g	gianfranco ventrella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Persone eccezionali : mi sono rivolto a loro senza conoscerli, dopo una sventuratissima esperienza con una ditta " blasonata" del centro Vomero in Napoli : alla prima telefonata in ditta Pistis, spiegate le mie esigenze e la mia urgenza, immediatamente dopo 45 minuti mi ha contattato il responsabile tecnico e dapprima mi ha aiutato a risolvere il problema della mia lavastoviglie al telefono...non essendoci riusciti ( per colpa mia) dopo nemmeno un'ora era a casa e in dieci minuti ha risolto il problema!!!! e con una onestà esemplare mi ha chiesto un compenso irrisorio! Suggerirò a parenti e amici il riferimento di questa ditta " artigianale " ma estremamente professionale e soprattutto Persone Per Bene! Grazie ancora e Complimenti.
