Absolute availability, I turned to them only for spare parts of little importance but I was happy with the availability of staff availability. I think I'll be back as soon as I need it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Basso livello di competenza.Gli ho portato i codici originali del costruttore e hanno avuto difficolta' ad interpretare le schede.Gli ho dovuto indicare quali ricambi mi servivano, e gli ho portato 3 targhe e foto di macchine uguali alla mia, perche' insistevano a dire che la mia macchina non aveva quei pezzi.
Low level of competence. I brought him the original manufacturer codes and they had difficulty in interpreting the cards. I had to indicate which spare parts I needed, and I brought him 3 plates and photos of machines identical to mine, because they insisted on to say that my car didn't have those parts.
