★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale al front desk poco cordiale. Contattati telefonicamente, per info su corsi acquaticità, ti dicono che trovi le info sul sito, informazioni che invece sul sito non ci sono. Recuperato un volantino e scelto il corso ci siamo recati li per iscrizione, dopo 15 minuti di attesa per assenza di personale alla reception, la ragazza prima ci ha fatto pagare il mensile e poi ci ha chiesto se sapevamo come funzionasse...siccome non c'era flessibilità sui giorni abbiamo dovuto annullare e chiedere il rimborso e lei ha reagito infastidita alla cosa.
Zero customer care, sembra quasi che non gli interessi trattenere i clienti...bah
 Unfriendly front desk staff. Contacted by phone, for info on water courses, they tell you that you can find the info on the site, information that is not on the site. Picking up a flyer and choosing the course, we went there for registration, after waiting for 15 minutes due to the absence of staff at the reception, the girl first made us pay the monthly fee and then asked us if we knew how it worked ... 'it was flexibility on the days we had to cancel and ask for a refund and she was annoyed at it.
Zero customer care, it almost seems that they don't care to keep customers ... bah
