Mi hanno detto che avrebbero richiamato ma ciò non é avvenuto. LA CORTESIA NÉ SI COMPRA NÉ SI VENDE. Se non si è cortesi e non si è abituati a lavorare con il pubblico, non ci si può improvvisare. Per pagare con il bancomat devi aspettare l'arrivo della titolare perché nessuno all'infuori di lei può usarlo, ma alla cassa c'è sempre una signora, che non è autorizzata. Chiediamo un cocktail non alcolico, avendo loro una postazione bar, e sono subite entrate in crisi, non sono state capaci di preparare nemmeno un cocktail, così ne hanno preparato uno orribile dal colore violaceo, imbevibile e pagato un occhio. Devono organizzarsi bene, ogni cosa che chiedi ti rispondono"devo parlare con la titolare. Allora o la titolare sta lì ad attendere domande e richieste dei clienti(tipo pagamento bancomat), o da finalmente fiducia alla cassiera e le insegna ad usarlo. Bisogna formare personale, che sia al bar per un cocktail alla frutta(niente di comiplicato), che alla cassa. Bastano addobbi natalizi un Babbo Natale estivo e tanti pacchetti x scatenare l'entusiasmo dei bambini. Così la serata è trascorsa tra buon cibo giochi risate e tuffi in piscina..un po'strano ma tanto efficace x il buonumore. Christmas party at Naturalis!
