E	Enrico Maio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una vergogna! Roba da denuncia. arrivato al pronto soccorso alle ore 08.30 riferisco di essere svenuto, di avere dolore toracico e forte dolore al braccio sinistro. In passato con la stessa sintomatologia sono stato ricoverato in terapia intensiva per una miocardite ed entrato immediatamente al pronto soccorso di PONTEDERA. Al pronto soccorso di cisanello dopo ben 4 ore abbandonato in sala d'attesa decido di andare in un altra struttura ospedaliera, possibile che in 4 ore con dolore toracico, braccio ed essere svenuto non mi è stata misurata neanche la temperatura corporea? Dopo aver fatto presente all'accettazione di stare male mi è stato riferito che evidentemente non sono stato valutato così grave... fortunatamente non si trattava di un arresto cardiaco perché in 4 ore abbandonato in sala d'attesa mi avrebbero trovato a terra... Ovviamente dovessi mai sentirmi male a Pisa mi farò in un altra struttura piuttosto che tornare lì.. A shame! Obviously if I ever feel bad in Pisa I will go to another facility rather than go back there ..

Sono rimasta lì 4 ore senza nessun tipo di risposta (ai miei solleciti sono stata trattata con sufficienza e fastidio) o precedenza, di notte, con la garza zuppa di sangue. Poi dopo 4 ore a mezzanotte passata, mooooooolto lentamente, hanno iniziato a chiamare tutti gli altri (arrivati dopo). Andata altrove a farmi suturare all'una del mattino, VERGOGNATEVI. Pregnant in the eighth and a half months, I needed stitches. I stayed there for 4 hours without any kind of response (to my reminders I was treated with disdain and annoyance) or earlier, at night, with the gauze soaked in blood. Then after 4 hours at past midnight, sooooooo slowly, they started calling everyone else (arrived later). Went elsewhere to have me sutured at one in the morning, SHAME YOU.
V	Very Maghe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Forse l'idea giusta è quella di trasportare lo staff del pronto soccorso Versilia a Cisanello perché il pronto soccorso qui è una cosa vergognosa, mentre i reparti di ricovero al Versilia sono semplici b&b e non reparti di cure.... In attesa dalle 12.30 di oggi pomeriggio non sono ancora entrata e non mi hanno nemmeno preso i parametri. Si può facilmente morire in sala d'attesa e dubito che qualcuno se ne accorgerebbe. Non è colpa del personale?!?! Io nn so chi ha la colpa, ma questo sistema non funziona per nulla e siamo da terzo mondo!!! Perhaps the right idea is to transport the staff of the Versilia emergency room to Cisanello because the emergency room here is a shameful thing, while the hospitalization departments in Versilia are simple b & bs and not care departments .... A	Andrea Giovannelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver effettuato l'accettazione intorno alle 15 ho atteso sino a quasi le 3 di notte per sentirmi dire xhe avevo ancora altri 9 pazienti davanti. Essendo io un codice bianco andavo sempre in coda a tutti gli altri e alla domanda ma posso attendere anche qualche giorno, l'infermiera di turno mi ha risposto si perché la prassi è questa. Spero che chi di dovere prenda SERI provvedimenti e modifichi qst organizzazione perché stare 12 ore su una sedia di metallo in attesa di essere visitato sperando che in una città come Pisa non ci siano emergenze è il colmo... Parti con la speranza del torni peggio di prima. Consiglio di assumere dei medici e del personale e di fornire un servizio migliore di quello attuale che è pessimo. After checking in around 3 pm I waited until almost 3 am to be told xhe still had 9 other patients in front of me. Being a white code I always went to the queue to all the others and to the question but I can wait a few days, the nurse on duty replied yes because this is the practice. I hope that those in charge will take SERIOUS measures and change this organization because staying 12 hours in a metal chair waiting to be visited, hoping that in a city like Pisa there are no emergencies is the limit ... You leave with the hope of coming back worse than before. I recommend hiring doctors and staff and providing better service than the current one which is bad.
A	Alexander Hinz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiting 6 hours with an incury that needer to be stitched. This should be done as fast as possible. They always said the doctor will be here in 5 minutes. But everytime no came. This is emberresing for the italian health care system.

Came as a translator for my 70yo father which had respiratory problems and was spitting foam over the night, spent there over 5 hours waiting to be seen, i had my 2yo daughter with us as didnt have anyone to babysit. they just kept telling us that we have to wait, they are taking priorities first, ok i understand that, so we had 2 people in front of us, then 1 then we were next.....1h and half later we had again 2 people in front of us, as the waiting became unbearable for all of us, we decided to leave.....now i have to find my father a private doctor which actually maybe sees him. so if i can Suggest, if you dont have anything broken or you bleeding Do NOT GO THERE,...being all night up and not being able to breath is not a reason to be seen after over 5h of waiting
