Ricordo che nel 2015 per prendere un appuntamento io e tutta la mia famiglia eravamo a turno al telefono tutti i giorni per un mesetto prima di riuscire a trovare la linea libera. Sembra una battuta o una barzelletta, purtroppo non lo Γ¨.
I'm sorry to read the other reviews and see that the situation hasn't improved. I remember that in 2015 to make an appointment my whole family and I were on the phone every day for a month or so before we could find the free line. It sounds like a joke or a joke, unfortunately it's not.
