★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ben 7 giorni dall'ordine alla ricezione dello stesso nel 2021 sembrano davvero troppi, soprattutto perché il sito garantisce spedizione in 24 ore e, si sa, un regalo non consegnato il giorno del compleanno... è sicuramente una pessima figura. Sicuramente non acquisterò mai più sul sito online, avrei fatto sicuramente meglio a recarmi in negozio. Pessimo anche il rapporto con il cliente viste le email non risposte nelle quali chiedevo spiegazioni sul ritardo nella consegna. Un'azienda sicuramente dai prodotti validi ma che sembra proprio stia perdendo molto... peccato.
7 days from the order to the receipt of the same in 2021 seem really too long, especially because the site guarantees shipping in 24 hours and, you know, a gift not delivered on the birthday ... is definitely a bad figure. I will certainly never buy on the online site again, I would certainly have done better to go to the store. The relationship with the customer is also bad given the unanswered emails in which I asked for explanations on the delay in delivery. A company certainly with valid products but which seems to be losing a lot ... too bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eccellenti prodotti, eccellente azienda. Il Customer Care è eccezionale! Ho una cartella Blue Square da oltre 15 anni e, benché gli anni l'abbiano segnata, come a me del resto, è perfetta. Ho avuto bisogno di un ricambio e senza spesa alcuna mi hanno spedito il ricambio. Che dire? Impressionante e decisamente fuori dal coro!
Dovrebbe essere disponibile la 6ª stella per questa Azienda !

Excellent products, excellent company. Customer Care is exceptional! I have had a Blue Square folder for over 15 years and, although the years have marked it, like me, it is perfect. I needed a replacement and at no cost they sent me the replacement. What to say? Impressive and definitely out of the box!
The 6th star should be available for this company!
