★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver acquistato un paio di scarpe e averle provate per 2 minuti sul corridoio di casa, mi viene negato il reso perchè le scarpe sono considerate "graffiate" sulla suola. Mi viene detto che avrei dovuto provarle su un tappeto. E io che volevo sostenere i piccoli commercianti, se le avessi conprate su Amazon non mi avrebbero dato il rimborso totale. Pessimo servizio clienti.
After buying a pair of shoes and trying them on for 2 minutes in the hallway of the house, I am denied the return because the shoes are considered "scratched" on the sole. I'm told I should have tried them on a rug. And I who wanted to support small merchants, if I had bought them on Amazon they would not have given me the full refund. Bad customer service.
