Sul sito ci sono varie promozioni, una delle quali se su prenotazione si può risparmiare fino al 20%. Dice quindi di chiamare un numero di cellulare. Dunque chiamo e chiedo, mi viene risposto che nessuna di queste promozioni esiste, e già questo mi suona strano. Ma può capitare. Scopro poi anche la presenza di un'altra offerta che viene effettuata durante gli eventi. Ovvero il parcheggio a 5€. Di conseguenza ci mettiamo in macchina io e dei miei amici arriviamo parcheggiamo la macchina e chiediamo conferma al cassiere della esistenza della precedente offerta. Questo risponde di sì. Finito il concerto, dopo la fila che si era formata per la cassa, ci viene detto dallo stesso cassiere che dobbiamo pagare 11€ ovvero la tariffa piena. Gli faccio presente che già precedentemente avevo chiesto, e mi era stato detto da lui stesso che l'offerta era attiva. Ma nulla. Per correttezza abbiamo pagato, ma il livello di incoerenza e voglia di approfittare di certe situazioni davvero mi lascia senza parole. Allego immagine con entrambe le "offerte". After the concert, after the queue that was formed for the cash register, we are told by the cashier that we have to pay € 11 or the full rate. I point out to him that I had previously asked for it, and he had been told by himself that the offer was active. But nothing. For fairness we paid, but the level of inconsistency and desire to take advantage of certain situations really leaves me speechless. I attach image with both "offers".
J	Just Spot on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, nel complesso la struttura è buona ma il personale è davvero deludente, entro con la mia auto e mi viene detto dove posizionarmi. Ok faccio tutto esco dall'auto e subito dopo ovviamente si posiziona affianco alla mia un'altra auto, io EDUCATAMENTE chiedo gentilmente al guidatore se poteva spostarsi leggermente di qualche cm così da non far sbattere le due porte alle rispettive fiancate delle due auto. Il conducente con tono veramente indisponente mi risponde che a lui non interessava ciò e subito dopo interviene il parcheggiatore dicendo che devo stare tranquillo in quanto ci sono gli spazi assegnati non facendo caso che la seconda auto aveva parcheggiato ampiamente nello spazio assegnato alla mia vettura dicendo di andarmene perchè stavo dando fastidio per una cosa inutile... IMPARARE A RISPETTARE QUELLI CHE VI FANNO LAVORARE e giudico solo il parcheggiatore in questione e non l'altro incivile che aveva parcheggiato al mio fianco. Veramente 0 rispetto per il cliente.
