Scrivo per avere un preventivo per un distributore di cerali, mi mandano dopo oltre 24 ore un preventivo mal descritto con un prezzo superiore di oltre 100€ al prezzo con cui potrei acquistare lo stesso articolo in una grossa catena di distribuzione, tanto per non fare nomi. Chiamo per avere delle delucidazioni e mi rispondono molto maleducatamente dicendomi che i prodotti che forniscono a questo grossista sono scadenti e non controllati che il loro prezzo era quello e che se volevo mi potevo anche arrangiare. Peccato che ho tutto il buffet di questa casa e quindi non posso cambiare ditta ma trovo assurdo una relazione simile col cliente ed un marketing così antidiluviano e controproducente. Complimenti davvero avete un cliente in meno e molta pubblicità negativa in più. Good job!!!!!!!!!! Really disappointed at the rudeness of Pinti Shop Sarezzo. I write to get a quote for a cereal distributor, after 24 hours they send me a badly described quote with a price higher than 100 € more than the price with which I could buy the same item in a large distribution chain, so as not to mention names . I call for clarification and they respond very rudely telling me that the products they supply to this wholesaler are poor and unchecked that their price was the same and that if I wanted I could also get by. Too bad I have the whole buffet of this house and therefore I cannot change firm but I find it absurd a similar relationship with the customer and such an antediluvian and counterproductive marketing. Congratulations indeed you have one less customer and a lot more negative publicity. Good job !!!!!!!!!!

Ho acquistato una moka che si è rotta in quanto difettosa!!la saldatura non è stata fatta correttamente…. Insomma è di seconda scelta…. E costa tanto più di 100 euro essendo questa moka per induzione oltre che essere da 12 … azienda che va avanti per abbrivio….. di certo non per capacità o buonsenso!!!!! Pessimi pessimi pessimi e maleducati …. Andate da Zani se volete pentole e posate sono stra gentili e la qualità è eccellente, non c’è paragone!!!! I bought a moka that broke as it was defective !! the welding was not done correctly…. In short, it is second choice…. And it costs a lot more than 100 euros since this moka is for induction as well as being 12 ... a company that goes on for speed ... .. certainly not for ability or common sense !!!!! Bad bad bad bad and rude…. Go to Zani if you want pots and cutlery, they are very kind and the quality is excellent, there is no comparison !!!!

Dopo il primo lavaggio a MANO e sottolineo a MANO e non in lavastoviglie hanno subito iniziato a perdere il loro colore come potete vedere nelle foto. L’azienda ha dichiarato che il sapone della lavastoviglie sia troppo forte, balle perché ribadisco per il primo mese sono state lavate a mano. Zero rimborso. Delusione totale. Mai più. It wasn't a disappointment but more. My supplier recommended this cutlery for my local in Germany. After the first wash by HAND and I stress by HAND and not in the dishwasher they immediately started to lose their color as you can see in the photos. The company stated that the dishwasher soap is too strong, bales because I repeat for the first month were washed by hand. Zero refund. Total disappointment. Never again.
