★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho avuto la malaugurata idea di acquistare un vassoio di paste nel punto vendita al pubblico in zona industriale a Trieste. Il pomeriggio dello stesso giorno di fronte agli invitati ho aperto la confezione e ci siamo accorti che il vassoio di cartone sul quale erano appoggiate le paste era riciclato in quanto su tutti e due i lati c'erano degli avanzi di creme ,cioccolato , e quant'altro tutto rinsecchito ,evidentemente usato e strausato in precedenza . Il tutto foderato goffamente con della carta da giornale attaccata con del nastro adesivo il che mi fa pensare ad una scarsissima igiene.Ho scattato delle foto che pubblico. Sicuramente non mettero' piu' piede in questo punto vendita dal momento che anche la qualità non è delle migliori .Distinti saluti
I had the unfortunate idea of buying a tray of pasta at the retail outlet in an industrial area in Trieste. In the afternoon of the same day in front of the guests I opened the package and we realized that the cardboard tray on which the pastas were placed was recycled because on both sides there were leftovers of creams, chocolate, and how much all completely dry, evidently used and previously used. All awkwardly lined with newsprint attached with adhesive tape which makes me think of a very poor hygiene. I took pictures that I publish. Surely I will not set foot in this sales point since the quality is not the best either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'ho conosciuto tre anni fa tramite un amico barista che serviva i loro biscottini col capuccino xke' i biscotti sono imbustati in confezione singola; da allora vado sempre da loro! La pasticceria fresca è fenomenale! I biscotti sono buonissimi, fatti con ingredienti genuini, friabili, saporiti, come quelli fatti in casa! Tanti gusti anche strani (cioccolato salato ad esempio) ed un occhio di riguardo alle farine particolari (ad esempio i biscotti di farina di kamut). Ho provato anche il panettone sotto Natale ed era delizioso, sia quello normale che quello al cioccolato! La pinza non l'ho mai presa xke' non mi piace come tipo di dolce, quindi non vi so dire.....Ma per tutto il resto il mio giudizio è superlativo! !!

Fresh pastries are phenomenal! The cookies are delicious, made with genuine, crumbly, tasty ingredients, like those made at home! So many tastes, even strange (for example, salted chocolate) and special attention to special flours (for example, kamut flour biscuits). I also tried the panettone under Christmas and it was delicious, both the normal one and the chocolate one! I never took the pliers xke 'I don't like the kind of dessert, so I can't tell you ..... But for all the rest my judgment is superb! !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tra tutti i dolci artigianali che ho assaggiato a Trieste, questi spiccano decisamente per la qualità degli ingredienti utilizzati, la lavorazione ed il risultato finale, il quale trovo davvero eccellente. Da diversi anni acquisto i panettoni ed i dolci tipici locali, anche per regalare i medesimi in occasione delle feste, con grande soddisfazione da parte dei destinatari, pressoché unanimi nel riconoscere la bontà di questi prodotti. Inoltre, il personale è sempre estremamente gentile ed accogliente. Un punto di riferimento che si conferma di anno in anno.
