L'accoglienza del cliente é fondamentale,per fidellizzare,con gli occhi delle commesse(Tre nel reparto uomo,che parlavano tra di loro) puntati addosso,non hanno chiesto se avessi bisogno d'aiuto!Voto zero per tutto(metto una Stella perchè sono obbligato).

Ho acquistato tramite il loro sito un paio di bellissime Blundstone a un prezzo proprio basso e quando sono arrivate (praticamente il giorno dopo, che velocità!!), essendo un regalo, ho constatato di aver sbagliato taglia. Ho contattato il servizio clienti che mi ha indicato le semplicissime procedure per il reso e la scelta della taglia giusta. Mi hanno mandato il corriere a spese loro e dopo altri 2/3 giorni, sempre a spese loro, è arrivato il corriere con il nuovo paio, perfette!! Anche la confezione inappuntabile. Non posso che consigliare caldamente PinkoGoldisland. Grazie mille!!
F E N O M E E N A L I. Really unbeatable customer service, courtesy, speed and price I would give it 10 stars if I could. I bought a couple of beautiful Blundstones through their website at a very low price and when they arrived (practically the next day, what a speed !!), being a gift, I found that I had the wrong size. I contacted the customer service who showed me the very simple procedures for the return and the choice of the right size. They sent me the courier at their expense and after another 2/3 days, again at their expense, the courier arrived with the new pair, perfect !! Even the flawless packaging. I can only highly recommend PinkoGoldisland. A thousand thanks!!
