Mi è doveroso comunicare che mi è stato effettuato il rimborso per le scarpe difettose che avevo segnalato nella precedente recensione. Peccato che debba descrivere il personale risentimento nella modalità con cui è avvenuto. Mi giunge una telefonata che mi lascia a dir poco basita...mi chiedono lo scontrino per effettuare il rimborso e, fortunatamente le avevo pagate con transazione bancaria (come avrei potuto conservare dopo tanto tempo lo scontrino) poi mi si aggiunge che hanno capito chi sono (non mi pare che abbia mai fatto nulla di male a nessuno, né io né tantomeno la mia famiglia che ben conoscono e stimano in questa città). Confermo quindi la restituzione del denaro, ma mi tocca confermare anche la superficialità nell'uso della lingua italiana e, peggio ancora della buona educazione. I receive a phone call that leaves me stunned to say the least ... they ask me for the receipt to make the refund and, fortunately, I had paid for them by bank transaction (how could I have kept the receipt after a long time) then they add that they understood who I am (I do not think he has ever done anything wrong to anyone, neither me nor my family who know and respect well in this city). I therefore confirm the return of the money, but I also have to confirm the superficiality in the use of the Italian language and, even worse, of good education. I felt so much to say, cordial greetings and never again.
