Il locale è pulito e luminoso, al massimo non hanno un'enorme varietà di prodotti, ma sicuramente è perchè il fondo non è enorme. Ho incontrato la commessa\make-up artist Arianna, molto disponibile, simpaticissima e bravissima, che nonostante fosse da sola a gestire il negozio, ha dedicato il suo tempo al make-up della mia amica! (ovviamente intervallando il trucco alla gestione di altri clienti che sono arrivati nel mentre) Abbiamo passato un paio d'ore lì, fra una cosa e l'altra, ma è stato tempo ben speso e, soprattutto, ci siamo divertite moltissimo! Sicuramente ci ritornerò, è stata una bellissima esperienza! I didn't know there was a MAC store in Mantua, it was a nice surprise. The place is clean and bright, at best they don't have a huge variety of products, but it's certainly because the fund isn't huge. I met the saleswoman \ make-up artist Arianna, very helpful, very nice and very good, who despite being alone to manage the shop, dedicated her time to my friend's make-up! (obviously interspersing the trick with the management of other customers who arrived in the meantime) We spent a couple of hours there, between one thing and another, but it was time well spent and, above all, we had a lot of fun! Premetto che sono una cliente esigente e perfezionista, che quasi sempre trova all'interno di negozi come questo della grandissima impreparazione da parte dello staff. NON QUI. In questo store grazie ad Arianna e Katia potete stare veramente tranquille. Per concludere: Sono orgogliosissima che nella città in cui vivo abbia finalmente aperto questo store con all'interno i brand più bramati dalle amanti del make up, e di un team fatto di due splendide ragazze preparate ad ogni tipo di esigenza anche per le più rompi scatole come me. FINALLY A PINALLI IN MANTOVA !!!!!!! AND WHAT PINALLI !!!!!!!!!! I state that I am a demanding and perfectionist customer, who almost always finds in shops like this the great lack of preparation on the part of the staff. NOT HERE. In this store, thanks to Arianna and Katia you can be really calm. To conclude: I am very proud that in the city where I live has finally opened this store with the brands most coveted by make-up lovers, and a team made up of two beautiful girls prepared for every need even for the most broken boxes like me.
