★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pronto soccorso pessimo, soffro di fibrillazione, arrivo oggi alle 16 circa con 140 battiti da più di un ora, mi dicono che hanno molto da fare ,spiego la situazione e richiedo la tempistica altrimenti sarei andata ad un altro ospedale, ...poi un infermiere mi affida ad un altro dicendo . TIENITELA TU LA SIGNORA CHE STA MORENDO
 bad emergency room, I suffer from fibrillation, I arrive today at about 16 with 140 beats for more than an hour, they tell me they have a lot to do, I explain the situation and ask for the timing otherwise I would have gone to another hospital, ... then a nurse entrusts me to another saying. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrivati da due ore a Napoli con bimbo di 5 mesi a cui scoppia rush cutaneo in tutto il corpo e colpi di tosse continui e viso paonazzo quindi si pensa subito a una reazione allergica con possibile complicanza respiratoria eravamo nella zona Dell ospedale (200 metri) corriamo a piedi ma le forze Dell ordine all ingresso non ci fanno entrare dicendo "è un bambino tanto non te lo guardano fanno solo adulti" e ci impossibilitano ad entrare dicendoci di andare in un altro(la madre del bimbo è infermiera in Piemonte e se si stratta di un neonato non esiste nessun "ma" o non è per bambino o è solo per adulti si corre e si fa di tutto come gli hanno insegnato in tutti gli ospedali ma a Napoli non è cosi. Scaldaloso. PIÙ ANCORA più scandaloso che non facendoti entrare ti dicono chiamate un taxi per andare all altro ospedale.... Chiamiamo 112 non rispondo il 118 risponde alla secondo chiamata dicendo non ne abbiamo disponibili di ambulanze chiamate un taxi e i taxi dicono non ne abbiamo disponibili... .per me dopo questo non è vedi Napoli e poi muori ma se vedi Napoli spera di non MORIRE LI

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avrei messo zero stelle ma il minimo è una. Rimandata indietro perché al pronto soccorso mancavano i medici. Il giorno dopo non sono riusciti in 3 a farmi un prelievo dopo avermi bucato le braccia ovunque e dicendo infine che la colpa è delle mie braccia. Oltretutto ho dovuto chiedere di cambiare i guanti perché prima di bucarmi le braccia avevano raccolto oggetti da terra. Pronto soccorso incompetente e ospedale e personale sporchi. Mai più.
I would have put zero stars but the minimum is one. Sent back because there were no doctors in the emergency room. The next day 3 failed to get me a blood sample after piercing my arms everywhere and finally saying that it is my arms to blame. Besides, I had to ask to change my gloves because before piercing my arms they had picked up objects from the ground. Incompetent emergency room and dirty hospital and staff. Never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff looked after my husband extremely well after a sickness bug, fainting and a cut head. They were very kind and respectful and we thank everyone who helped us that night. We were tourists with no Italian language and they had very little English language but we managed. Thank you very much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was visiting Naples as an American tourist in June 2021. I had a fall and injured my left wrist. The hospital doctors, including the emergency room as well as the Orthopedic staff, diagnosed the medical issue and my vacation what shortened. There are many aspects to medical treatment...While the Hospital building is relatively old, the knowledge of the doctors, the skill of the staff, and the humanity and kindness of all the medical staff who treated me was nothing short of A+++. Many many thanks to all...God bless Naples, God bless Italy. Thank you very much...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The respectful and humane staff treated my injuries and were very nice and helpful. I was treated quickly and was back out in about 30 minutes. I am very glad I went here :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to thank all the doctors and the team in the hospital especially the emergency unit who save the life of my dad.The team was quick to come to my father house to rescue him after he had fallen down the stairs of his house.He has damage his foot with immense blood loss if they did not come on time today my dad will not be with me.My father Laxman Wickramaratne is still in hospital now and he is been taken care from the hospital doctors and nurses very well.I am currently in Muscat and unable to come and my mother one month ago went to Sri Lanka but she will be returning back to help my father, as per the situation that my mother and I are far away and hospital is doing all the necessary medications.My father did an emergency surgery which last 5-6 hours to replace the ankle correctly.Thank you doctors for the great surgery you did to my father I am so grateful to you. Peligrini hospital one of the best hospital...Grazie Mille
