I had the chance to visit it both pre and after covid and could always appreciate the way the studio is always spot on clean and tidy. All the teachers are very prepared. I had most of my classes with Nat, the owner and I can assure she is great at teaching and helping students to overcome their challenges. Her classes helped me to balance my intense running activity. Really recommend it for both the teaching (and results) and the way the studio is kept.
