Una realtà al omero, ho girato tante palestre, ma qui ho trovato dei Maestri davvero Competenti ma sopratutto in grado di travolgerti e lasciarti appassionare da questa fantastica disciplina! ah dimenticavo... LA PROVA è GRATUITA, io mi alleno qui! KICKBOXING! No, per davvero, appena si entra nel locale si sente una puzza di sudore incredibile... far arieggiare? Inoltre a causa del sovraffollamento della palestra, non è possibile fare determinati esercizi e soprattutto, la sicurezza? Gli spogliatoi invece deludono, non sono presenti guardaroba con chiave ma solo dei piccoli spazi fuori per chiudere delle borsette, degli zaini non entrerebbero. Le docce sono in comune e non separate. Tra tutte le persone che ci sono nella palestra c'è solo un istruttore, il rapporto cliente/istruttore è ridicolo (30 a 1?). Un fattore positivo: la pulizia. Di solito nelle palestre è lasciata a desiderare invece non ho notato grandi lacune. If all the gyms were like this, I would immediately leave fitness. Of all the people in the gym there is only one instructor, the client / instructor ratio is ridiculous (30 to 1?). A positive factor: cleanliness. Usually in gyms it is left to be desired instead I have not noticed big gaps.

Ad ogni allenamento si alternano momenti di divertimento con momenti di serietà, che rendono più che piacevole continuare uno sport come questo! I Maestri, molto preparati e di grande esperienza, seguono ogni allievo con attenzione. Nello spogliatoio si respira un clima positivo e c'è un grande spirito di squadra. Felice di far parte di questo gruppo. The Adrenalina Fitness offers an excellent Kick Boxing course, suitable for both novice and more experienced athletes. I maestri, che conosco personalmente, sono campioni pluripremiati, dedicandosi da anni alla disciplina, competenti e appassionati hanno creato un gruppo affiatato in grado di supportarsi in tutte le difficoltà tecnico-atletico. Consigliato per agonisti e dilettanti. Fully equipped gym with plenty of space, especially the kickboxing room which is the course I attend. The masters, whom I know personally, are award-winning champions, dedicating themselves for years to the discipline, competent and passionate they have created a close-knit group able to support themselves in all the technical-athletic difficulties. Recommended for athletes and amateurs.

Il ragazzo che ho trovato alla reception era super disponibile e competente, infatti mi ha subito aiutata correggendomi in un esercizio. La consiglio vivamente... c'è anche una bella atmosfera For its price range, this gym offers an excellent service: super clean, tidy, enough space between the machines and a pleasant outdoor space. The guy I found at the reception was super helpful and knowledgeable, in fact he immediately helped me by correcting me in an exercise. I highly recommend it ... there is also a nice atmosphere

Improvvisamente da un giorno all'altro ha chiuso definitivamente senza avvisare nessuno, non ci si comporta così sparire all'improvviso quando invece bastava contattare tutti e dire la verità di cosa fosse successo. Io se non avessi contattato qualcuno che conoscevo che lavorava in quella palestra non avrei mai saputo quello che era successo e non avrei mai potuto provare ad avere il rimborso. Da denuncia!!!! A delusion. Suddenly from one day to the next it closed definitively without notifying anyone, you don't behave like that suddenly disappearing when instead it was enough to contact everyone and tell the truth of what had happened. If I hadn't contacted someone I knew who worked in that gym I would never have known what had happened and I would never have been able to try to get a refund. From complaint !!!!
