Ho iniziato a seguire il suo programma da novembre 2019, ovviamente con diete diverse, ma tutte efficaci e soddisfacenti.
Il suo programma alimentare mi ha sempre garantito la sazietà, cosa da non sottovalutare in ogni dieta!! Addirittura sono stati inseriti alimenti di cui io ero certa di eliminare totalmente e invece mi ha sorpreso anche in questo!
Ho ottenuto bei risultati, sono riuscita a tornare in forma con il sorriso e senza troppe privazioni o sofferenze. Ora non ne posso fare a meno di seguire ogni suo programma alimentare!
Tuttavia è sempre disponibile, per ogni dubbio o chiarimento, consiglierei a chiunque una professionista come lei!!

Doctor Antonella Esposito is a true professional, a great expert in her field.
I started following his program from November 2019, obviously with different diets, but all effective and satisfying.
His food program has always guaranteed me satiety, which should not be underestimated in any diet !! Even foods were added that I was sure to completely eliminate and instead I was surprised even in this!
I got good results, I managed to get back in shape with a smile and without too many privations or sufferings. Now I can't help but follow each of his eating plans!
