Se l'esterno della chiesa, sul quale svetta il campanile con i suoi 25 metri di altezza, si caratterizza per le sue pregevoli forme semplici e prive di fronzoli, l'interno custodisce preziose opere d'arte e antiche reliquie, tra cui spiccano la teca con le spoglie di Santa Marcellina e la fonte battesimale di marmo dove nel 1343 è stato battezzato il Beato Sante di Montefabbri. The parish church of San Gaudenzio, dedicated to the first bishop of Rimini and built in the center of the splendid village of Montefabbri around the 9th century and deeply restored in 1570, is a little gem.
