★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locale consigliatissimo, ampio e accogliente, personale gentile e alla mano, sempre disponibili ma non invadenti. Ho ordinato l'antipasto della casa con vasta scelta e adeguato per due persone. Presa poi la carne, tra un ampia scelta, la cottura è stata a dir poco perfetta. In finale un dolce geniale del ristorante che cattura per originalità e bontà . Siamo stati benissimo .Grazie e torneremo sicuramente.
 Highly recommended, spacious and welcoming, friendly and easy-going staff, always available but not intrusive. I ordered the house starter with a wide choice and adequate for two people. Then taken the meat, from a wide choice, cooking was nothing short of perfect. In the final, a brilliant dessert from the restaurant that captures for its originality and goodness. We had a great time. Thank you and will definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EDIT: siamo tornati domenica scorsa e per un problema relativo al gas buona parte delle pietanze, inclusi tutti i primi, non era disponibile. Queste cose capitano, il problema è che la cucina e il personale in generale, seppur molto cortese, non ha potuto stare dietro alla richiesta di altre pietanze. Un pranzo che normalmente sarebbe durato un'oretta abbondante si è trasformato in un'odissea di oltre due ore, abbiamo ordinato dopo un'infinità di tempo e oltre all'antipasto tutto quello che ci è stato portato era freddo o a malapena tiepido. I contorni, normalmente ripassati, erano veramente improponibili. Il pannicolo alla brace che avrebbe dovuto essere al sicuro dall'inconveniente del gas era anch'esso freddo.
Ribadisco, sono cose che capitano e hanno fatto fronte alla situazione al meglio delle loro possibilità e con cortesia ma visto il risultato avrebbero potuto offrire un po' di sconto per averci portato roba fredda. Se fosse stata la mia prima volta mi sarei fatto davvero una pessima idea.
Ristorante davvero ottimo, buono l'antipasto misto sia caldo che di tagli freddi, meglio gli affettati dei formaggi (pochi, non abbondanti e non molto vari). Interessanti i primi tra cui le fettuccine alle rigaglie di pollo, di solito non facili da trovare. La cosa che mi è piaciuta di più in assoluto sono stati i secondi, spettacolare il pannicolo, tra i migliori mai mangiati, e il picchiapò. Non male anche la torta di mele.
EDIT: we returned last Sunday and due to a gas problem most of the dishes, including all the first courses, were not available. These things happen, the problem is that the kitchen and the staff in general, although very courteous, could not keep up with the request for other dishes. A lunch that normally would have lasted an abundant hour turned into an odyssey of over two hours, we ordered after an infinity of time and in addition to the appetizer all that was brought to us was cold or barely warm. The side dishes, which were normally overcooked, were really unthinkable. The grilled pannicolo which should have been safe from the inconvenience of gas was also cold.
I repeat, these things happen and they coped with the situation to the best of their ability and with courtesy but given the result they could have offered a little discount for bringing us cold stuff. If it had been my first time I would have gotten a really bad idea.
Really excellent restaurant, good mixed appetizer both hot and cold cuts, better the cold cuts of cheeses (few, not abundant and not very varied). The first courses are interesting, including fettuccine with chicken giblets, usually not easy to find. The thing I liked most of all was the second course, the pannicolo, one of the best ever eaten, and the picchiapò were spectacular. Apple pie is also not bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Senza parole e quello che ho vissuto in questo locale dall'accoglienza gentile dei proprietari al personale preparato e gentilissimo al cibo un esperienza unica. fatta di tradizione culinaria tipica romana dove la trippa eccezionale una vera festa per il palato si accompagna a braccetto con la carbonara di funghi porcini, per poi passare al pezzo forte della carne alla griglia di notevole pregiatezza e cotta a dovere e senza tralasciare i dolci eccelsi dove la creatività non e lasciata al caso in plauso a tutto il personale e i titolari per il lavoro impeccabile che fanno continuate così??? consiglio a tutti una visita rimarrete entusiasti
Speechless is what I experienced in this place from the kind welcome of the owners to the trained and very kind staff to the food a unique experience. made of typical Roman culinary tradition where the exceptional tripe a real feast for the palate goes hand in hand with the porcini mushroom carbonara, and then moves on to the highlight of the grilled meat of considerable quality and cooked properly and without neglecting the excellent desserts where creativity is not left to chance in applause to all the staff and owners for the impeccable work they do keep it up I recommend everyone a visit you will be thrilled

Abbiamo preso un antipasto abbondante si può dividere in due , un primo di pici cacio e pepe ottimo un abbacchio speciale un tiramisù buono
Complimenti per tutto soprattutto per la qualità superiore del cibo che e veramente notevole.
Controlli covid eccellenti.....il signore alla griglia ha tenuto la mascherina tutto il tempo...questo merita una lode particolare.
I prezzi partono da 10€ per antipasto 10€ i primi e 14€ i secondi.
Il cameriere è veloce educato e rispettoso.

Excellent covid controls ..... the grilled gentleman kept the mask all the time ... this deserves special praise.
Prices start at € 10 for starters, € 10 for first courses and € 14 for main courses.
The waiter is quick polite and respectful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che dire? Prima volta in assoluto anche se conoscevo l'osteria dalle ottime recensioni (che confermo).
Posto informale, caratteristico, ampio, tavoli spaziosi. Camerieri competenti e gentili e super (fin troppo) efficienti. Piatti prelibati e gustosi di giuste "proporzioni" (anche se mi aspettavo più pasta). Abbiamo "snobbato" gli antipasti per poter mangiare primi, secondi e dolce tutti buonissimi. Anche gli antipasti dovrebbero esserlo dalla descrizione del cameriere. Bellissimo il tiramisù portato all'interno della moka da caffè. Prezzi onesti. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Ve lo stra-consiglio.

What to say? First time ever even though I knew the tavern with excellent reviews (which I confirm).
Informal, characteristic, large, spacious tables. Competent and kind and super (far too) efficient waiters. Delicious and tasty dishes of the right "proportions" (even if I expected more pasta). We "snubbed" the appetizers to be able to eat first, second and dessert all very good. Appetizers should also be from the waiter's description. The tiramisu brought inside the coffee mocha is beautiful. Honest prices. We will definitely be back. I recommend it to you.
