Tuttavia, mi sono dovuta ricredere quando il responsabile tecnico in persona mi ha contattato per scusarsi e riparare il problema senza ulteriori disagi da parte mia. A questo punto devo ammettere che la correttezza che ha dimostrato è veramente unica al giorno d'oggi, in cui nessuno ammette mai il proprio eventuale errore. Consiglio quindi a tutti di rivolgersi con fiducia a questa ditta, e in caso di problemi, contattare direttamente il responsabile tecnico Andrea Proietti, che sarà sicuramente disponibile all'ascolto, e pronto a risolvere nel miglior modo, come è stato nel mio caso. Facendoglielo notare, si alterava gettando la valvola a terra, a casa del cliente (casa mia) e intimidandomi che se li avessi chiamati per la valvola non funzionante mi avrebbero fatto pagare la chiamata, cosa non possibile perchè ho l'abbonamento annuale che non rifarò logicamente. Sono un loro cliente da diversi anni e il loro servizio e la loro attenzione verso il cliente è sempre massima, infatti li ho sempre consigliati ad amici e parenti ricevendo sempre feedback positivi. Questa volta però si sono veramente superati, infatti, a seguito della rottura della caldaia si sono subito attivati per aiutarmi a comprendere quale soluzione fosse adatta alle mie esigenze. Il responsabile tecnico, Andrea Proietti, si è subito attivato per trovarmi una soluzione temporanea per non lasciarmi senza riscaldamenti e acqua calda, poi mi ha elencato quali fossero le opzioni a mia disposizione: 50% in detrazione o 65% sconto in fattura. Dopo aver stabilito quale fosse la soluzione più adatta, il tecnico, Simone, ha subito fatto un sopralluogo per le valutazioni e dare il via ai lavori. Nell’arco di qualche giorno, dopo avermi seguito nella gestione delle pratiche, l’iter burocratico si è concluso positivamente e mia hanno subito fissato l’appuntamento per la sostituzione e l’installazione nella nuova caldaia.
