★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poca serietà . Mi hanno assicurato che accettano il reso nel caso i prodotti ordinati (e pagati in anticipo!!!!) fossero inadatti o in più, ma non hanno mantenuto la parola. E non solo: Mi hanno portato avanti per due mesi con la promessa che tutto si risolverà e alla fine non hanno accettato indietro la roba ordinata e pagata , trovando un motivo che insulterebbe l'intelligenza anche a un bambino di 5 anni. Sarebbe stato più onesto se avessero detto dall'inizio che non accettano il reso.
Little seriousness. They assured me that accept the return if the goods ordered (and paid in advance !!!!) were unsuitable or more, but have not kept their word. And not only that: they carried on for two months with the promise that everything will be resolved and in the end they didn't accept back the ordered and paid stuff, finding a reason that would insult the intelligence even to a child of 5 years. It would have been more honest if they had said from the beginning that they do not accept the return.

Ad oggi il materiale risulta ottimo e lavorazione ben fatta,senza problemi, sono soddisfatto del prodotto, cortesia e precisione al TOP grazie mille.
Purchased about 4 months ago a wrong terminal is not suited to my needs, I had no problems in the return / exchange for another terminal recommended directly by the technician of the company with which I have been contacted by Mrs. Carmela.
To date, the material is excellent and work well done, without problems, I am satisfied with the product, courtesy and precision at the TOP thanks a lot.

nella conferma d'ordine, e nelle mail successive, non davano indicazioni sui tempi di consegna. neanche al telefono me ne hanno sapute dare, perchè erano impegnati con una grossa consegna all'estero (ubi maior...).
avevo scritto di essere contattato prima della consegna, invece il corriere è arrivato senza preavviso.
quando il pacco è arrivato era danneggiato, e il materiale al'interno rovinato e inutilizzabile... spero che il loro slogan "spedizioni sempre sicure in tutto il mondo" non sia una presa in giro...
al momento non posso che dirmi molto insoddisfatto.
I ordered the material through the site, and paid it in advance as per their request.
in the order confirmation, and in the subsequent emails, they gave no indication of delivery times. even on the phone they knew how to give it, because they were busy with a large delivery abroad (ubi maior ...).
I wrote to be contacted before delivery, but the courier arrived without warning.
when the package arrived it was damaged, and the material inside ruined and unusable ... I hope their slogan "always safe shipments around the world" is not a joke ...
at the moment I can only say very dissatisfied.

Il locale è molto grande e ci sono vari prodotti (forni,stufe,griglie ecc..) da poter osservare.unico punto in meno: il prezzo in negozio è un po' troppo alto rispetto a quello suggerito sul sito Internet. Consigliato!
