Dopo dieci giorni, ho deciso pertanto di annullarlo, anche perchè si trattava di prodotti di prima necessità, esercitando il recesso, ma non sono riuscita a mettermi in contatto telefonico (non rispondono mai ai numeri dedicati all'assistenza clienti). Allora, come pure indicato, ho esercitato il recesso via mail., con ben due mail. I mio recesso è stato ignorato e, nonostante le numerose proteste, sempre via mail, non mi hanno mai risposto e mi hanno comunque inviato l'ordine, con solo la metà dei prodotti, peraltro ormai inutili, un mese dopo.
