Dal tipo di pomodoro (giallo, rosso, San Marzano, ecc), dalla mozzarella alla bufala passando per il provolone, dalle verdure ai salami passando per le alici. Personale disponibile e cordiale. Uno spunto per migliorare: aggiungere al vasto assortimento anche il prosciutto! Da provare! Excellent pizza that can be made by choosing from a vast assortment of ingredients on display. S	Sonia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizzeria senza menù... guardi gli ingredienti come se fossi ad un bancone del supermercato... scegli l'impasto (bianco o integrale) ben lievitato e leggerissimo, scegli la base (rossa, bianca o salse verdi), scegli gli affettati o le verdure o altri formaggi da aggiungere... mentre paghi e scegli il tavolo ecco che arriva la pizza servita e... buonissima! Non vi resta che andare a provare! Pizzeria without menu ... you look at the ingredients as if you were at a supermarket counter ... choose the dough (white or wholemeal) well leavened and very light, choose the base (red, white or green sauces), choose the cold cuts or vegetables or other cheeses to add ... while you pay and choose the table here comes the pizza served and ... very good! Non sono rimasto deluso nemmeno dalla pizza in se, ottimo impasto e ingredienti, lo consiglio e penso proprio che ci tornerò Excellent idea to have the pizza made up, it's a bit of a subway, but with Neapolitan pizza. Un consiglio: visto che ci sono gli europei sarebbe buono che vi attrezzate per mettere un televisore. Personale gentilissimo, sicuramente ci ritornerò. Great pizza, nice idea that you can make it yourself, great dough, too bad the lack of a wood oven. A tip: since there are Europeans it would be good if you are equipped to put a television. Siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e professionalità. Geniale l’idea di comporre la pizza come vuoi tu, se invece non hai voglia di comporre la pizza puoi scegliere tra 3 pizze a menu. La cosa più bella è che abbiamo scelto gli ingredienti direttamente dal bancone del pizzaiolo e a mio avviso sono freschissimi (il gusto della pizza lo ha confermato). Servita molto velocemente. Bel locale e pulito! Bravi! I have been eating pizza with my wife and son in the evening and I must say that we were all pleasantly surprised. We were greeted with kindness and professionalism. The idea of composing the pizza as you want is brilliant, but if you don't feel like composing the pizza you can choose from 3 pizzas on the menu. The best thing is that we chose the ingredients directly from the pizza chef's counter and in my opinion they are very fresh (the taste of the pizza has confirmed this). Served very quickly. Nice and clean place! Well done!
