★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È totalmente vergognoso che i vostri autisti passano e se ne vanno senza caricare l immondizia è 12 giorni che nessuno si degna a svuotare i vostri secchi voglio ricordare che questo servizio è ben pagato ma qualcuno si sottrarre a fare il proprio lavoro per cui è pagato posso solo dire vergogna!!!!
It is totally shameful that your drivers pass and leave without loading the garbage. It is 12 days that no one deigns to empty your buckets. I want to remember that this service is well paid but someone shirks to do their job for which it is paid. I can just say shame !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono circa 2 mesi che dietro i bidoni dell'immondizia ci sono rifiuti gettati per terra ho chiamato la sede centrale più volte per farli portare via ma ad oggi nulla di fatto gli operatori ci passano tutti i giorni ma se ne fregano........... servizio pessimo zero stelle

Partendo dal fatto che il contribuente lavora per Voi e vi paga pure, vorrei capire per quale motivo questa mattina non avete ritirato l'immondizia in via delle paranze 2 Acquaviva P.
Aprofittto per informarVi che la furbata di mettere i bidoncini riguarda solo la Vs, comodità per non fornire i sacchi, e di conseguenza non avere più una spesa fissa. Cosi facendo viene a mancare l'igiene, e create maggior disservizio al contribuente, affidandogli anche la manutenzione dei bidoncini
Per tutto questo e per la gran confusione che create la mattina presto quando ancora qualcuno dorme il mio giudizio è PESSIMO

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato più volte per il ritiro dei rifiuti malati COVID-19 dato che sono 3 settimane che li tenevo in casa e che mi chiamavano per il ritiro senza passare. L’operatore in maniera maleducata dopo avermi urlato contro ha richiuso il telefono senza aver cercato neanche di aiutarmi e comprendere il mio disagio.
Ho riprovato più volte a richiamare senza ottenere nessuna risposta né aiuto.
In questa situazione di emergenza i rifiuti in casa sono un pericolo per le persone negative che si devono occupare di malati COVID non isolabili come i bambini.
Il disservizio é palese oltre alla mancanza di umanità degli operatori telefonici.
I have called several times for the collection of COVID-19 sick waste as I have been keeping them in the house for 3 weeks and they called me for the collection without passing. The operator in a rude manner after yelling at me closed the phone without even trying to help me and understand my discomfort.
I tried to call back several times without getting any response or help.
In this emergency situation, waste in the home is a danger for negative people who have to deal with non-isolable COVID patients such as children.
The disservice is evident in addition to the lack of humanity of the telephone operators.
