Il prodotto (porta blindata) è perfetto, le tempistiche rispettate, il montaggio perfetto! Direi che sono pienamente soddisfatta e contenta della scelta fatta.....dall'inizio accolta con cortesia mantenuta fino alla fine, con il controllo dopo un mese dall'installazione. Consiglio vivamente a chi deve affrontare cambiamenti, non è facile trovare professionisti come Loro! I waited a month before writing, why better to do "posthumous" reviews! The product (security door) is perfect, the deadlines respected, the perfect assembly! I would say that I am fully satisfied and happy with the choice made ..... from the beginning I was greeted with courtesy and maintained until the end, with the check after one month from installation. I highly recommend to those who are facing changes, it is not easy to find professionals like them!

Ne venivo da un’esperienza tremenda (con un’altra ditta) in cui avevamo pagato una parte e il materiale non era mai stato consegnato, quindi ci sono andata con i piedi di piombo. Grazie a loro però ho riacquistato fiducia e ora sono una felicissima proprietaria di finestre bellissime. Finalmente non sento più rumore e non vi sono spifferi in casa. Piccioni e Fichet sono professionisti e sanno fare il loro lavoro. Mi hanno saputa guidare e mi hanno seguita fino alla completa installazione. Ogni volta che magari chiamavo per informazioni mi hanno sempre risposto in maniera esaustiva e cordiale. Thanks to them, however, I have regained confidence and now I am a very happy owner of beautiful windows. Finally, I no longer hear any noise and there are no drafts in the house. Piccioni and Fichet are professionals and know how to do their job. They knew how to guide me and followed me until the complete installation. Prima dell'acquisto ho fatto una ricerca di mercato ed analizzato 5 preventivi di diversi fornitori. Ho comparato l'affidabilità dei fornitori, l'affidabilità dei materiali utilizzati ed il prezzo finale. Alla fine il giudizio complessivo è stato favorevole alla ditta Piccioni. L' installazione è stata effettuata con precisione da personale qualificato. Ho fruito del Bonus 50% con sconto il fattura. Si trattato di un effettivo sconto del 50% al contrario di altri fornitori che mi proponevano formule di cessione credito che alla fine riducevano il beneficio fiscale del 30 o 35%. Il giorno successivo all'installazione un tecnico della ditta Piccioni ha fatto un sopralluogo per verificare la perfetta esecuzione dell'opera e il nostro grado di soddisfacimento I have purchased with full satisfaction an armored door cl. 4 from the company Piccioni SRL in Genoa. Before buying, I did a market research and analyzed 5 quotes from different suppliers. I compared the reliability of the suppliers, the reliability of the materials used and the final price. In the end, the overall judgment was favorable to the Piccioni company. The installation was carried out with precision by qualified personnel. I took advantage of the 50% Bonus with a discount on the invoice. It was an effective 50% discount as opposed to other suppliers who offered me credit transfer formulas that ultimately reduced the tax benefit by 30 or 35%. The day after installation, a technician from the Piccioni company made an inspection to verify the perfect execution of the work and our degree of satisfaction.

Mr. Renzo d'Angelo professionally handled the customer care and merits 5 stars. Marco Lilli handled the paperwork for the bonus and led me through each step with great care and patience, 5 stars. Those who tended to measuring & installation were all very cordial, but there were some mistakes made and some return trips to modify, 4 stars. In the end, I'm very happy with the products as well as the follow-up phone call to confirm that all is working well.
