M	Marzio Innocente on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quartiere storico medioevale della città, si raggiunge facilmente con una comoda funicolare gratuita con partenze a chiamata o temporizzate oppure per chi piace camminare con una passeggiata salendo lungo le "coste". Eleganti portici con locali per degustazioni, ostello e b&b. I palazzi signorili fanno parte della rete ecomuseale con visite guidate. 2 ampi giardini con piante secolari si affacciano come balconi sopra Biella. ZTL ma con parcheggi disponibili alle estremità degli accessi. Medieval historic district of the city, it can be easily reached with a comfortable free funicular with on-call or timed departures or for those who like to walk along the "coasts" with a walk. Elegant arcades with tasting rooms, hostel and b & b. The stately palaces are part of the ecomuseum network with guided tours. 2 large gardens with centuries-old plants overlook Biella like balconies. ZTL but with parking spaces available at the ends of the entrances.

Un'ampia piazza circondata da portici ospita vari bar dove si può consumare ciò che più si desidera.. inoltre si trova anche qualche locale alternativo tipo una libreria - ristorante dove mentre aspetti i tuoi piatti preferiti puoi sfogliare i libri che si trovano ovunque in qs "libreria" e sono a disposizione dei clienti... Infine , sempre sotto ai portici, si trovano 2 o 3 ristoranti x trascorrere una serata diversa. Particolare che invoglia a visitare Biella piazzo è la funicolare che da Biella città ti porta direttamente sul "piazzo" di cui sto parlandovi: sicuramente un'attrazione x i piccoli ma sempre bello anche x i grandi, mi a tutti i giorni si sale su una funicolare!!! Upper area of the city of Biella, it seems almost a small village in itself even if it is always part of the city. A large square surrounded by arcades hosts various bars where you can consume what you want most .. moreover there is also some alternative place such as a bookshop - restaurant where while you are waiting for your favorite dishes you can browse the books that are everywhere in this place. "library" and are available to customers ... Finally, always under the arcades, there are 2 or 3 restaurants to spend a different evening. Particularly that makes you want to visit Biella piazzo is the funicular that from Biella city takes you directly to the "square" I am talking about: certainly an attraction for the little ones but always nice also for the adults, every day you get on a funicular! !!

Palazzi con delle facciate pulite e ordinate, andrebbe maggiormente valorizzata con qualche fioriera in più, qualche panchina in più, ma è sicuramente bello tornarci per una passeggiata. A real rediscovery! This square in the upper part of Biella is magnificent. Buildings with clean and tidy facades, should be enhanced with a few more planters, a few more benches, but it is certainly nice to come back for a walk.

Che dire una piacevole scoperta, bella la mostra belli palazzi preparato e gentile il personale molto bello il luogo, prezzo più che abbordabile e, dulcis in fundo, pranzo veloce molto curato e buono con un prezzo veramente e dico veramente onesto! We stayed over the weekend to visit the exhibition, spread across three palaces, Selvatica arte e natura on display. What about a pleasant discovery, beautiful exhibition beautiful buildings prepared and kind staff very nice the place, more than affordable price and, last but not least, very nice and good quick lunch with a really honest price!

D	Dario Ferrea on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il Borgo del Piazzo un po' come Bergamo Alta è il cuore storico di Biella ad essa legata da una pittoresca funicolare (aperta nel 1885) o da una serie di ripide viuzze chiamate coste, tuttora mantenute nello stato pressoché originale. Piazza Cisterna, i vicoli, i palazzi ed il ? lo rendono davvero unico ed affascinante. Le antiche botteghe, i numerosi ristorante ne aumentano l'attrattiva. Da menzionare il suo "cuore verde" denominato: Parco del Bellone che merita più di una passeggiata. The Borgo del Piazzo a bit like Bergamo Alta is the historical heart of Biella linked to it by a picturesque funicular (opened in 1885) or by a series of steep alleys called coasts, still maintained in their almost original state. Piazza Cisterna, the alleys, the buildings and the ? make it truly unique and fascinating. The old shops, the numerous restaurants increase its attractiveness. To mention its "green heart" called: Parco del Bellone which deserves more than a walk.
A	Aurora Bertona on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il cuore di Biella "vecchia", raggiungibile dalla città bassa tramite comoda teleferica oppure godendosi a piedi le tante stradine acciotolate che salgono verso l'alto (salite ripide ma ampiamente fattibili da tutti!). Da Piazza della Cisterna si apre un dedalo di stradine pittoresche, con vecchi palazzi, facciate storiche (la casa natale di Amedeo Avogadro) e angolini con osterie tipiche. Molto molto bello, da vedere assolutamente! The heart of "old" Biella, reachable from the lower town via a convenient cable car or enjoying the many cobbled streets that rise upwards on foot (steep climbs but widely feasible for everyone!). From Piazza della Cisterna opens a maze of picturesque streets, with old buildings, historic facades (the birthplace of Amedeo Avogadro) and corners with typical taverns. Very very beautiful, a must see!
