Edificata nel XI secolo sul luogo dell'odierno duomo. Nel 1772 è scelta come cattedrale e completamente ristrutturata in stile gotico.
The Cathedral of Santo Stefano is also the cathedral of Biella and is the most important Catholic place of worship in the city.
Built in the 11th century on the site of today's cathedral. In 1772 it was chosen as the cathedral and completely renovated in the Gothic style.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Cattedrale di Santo Stefano è anche il Duomo della città di Biella e quindi la Chiesa più importante. Bella la facciata con le sue arcate, vista esternamente può sembrare piccola di dimensioni ma una volta entrati si ha subito la sensazione di immenso data dalla tecnica del trompe - l'oeil e anche dall'austerità dell'edificio e grandezza delle arcate che ricorda molto le Cattedrali del Nord Europa. Molto bella, sembra di essere in uno di quei castelli o biblioteca antica stile Harry Potter.
The Cathedral of Santo Stefano is also the Cathedral of the city of Biella and therefore the most important church. The façade with its arches is beautiful, seen from the outside it may seem small in size but once you enter you immediately get the feeling of immense given by the trompe-l'oeil technique and also by the austerity of the building and the size of the arches that is very reminiscent the Cathedrals of Northern Europe. Very nice, it seems to be in one of those old Harry Potter style castles or library.
